Hair Cutting
Hair cutting is the basic appointment which lasts approximately 45 mins to one hour, I will discuss with you what you would like, what will suit you and the time and ease it will take for you to achieve the look at home.
Hair Colouring
Hair colouring is my passion, I love to create shine and depth with enhancing nautical colour or brightness and excitement with bold colours. This Han be by colouring sections of hair or all of it. Again I will discuss the needs and benefits with the client and how it works, and what it does to your hair. The hair porosity and elasticity is checked which ensures the correct application, we then begin the colouring process which can take up to 2 or 3 hours finishing with a cut and blow dry.
Hair Curling
Curling a clients hair is generally done using a permanent curling solution, this can be anything from a whole head of locks to maybe a too section for lift. This again takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the length and density of the hair.
Hair Smoothing
Smoothing, is a treatment called a Brazilian blow dry, which in essence is a deep deep conditioning treatment, infusing keratin in to the cortex of the hair and sealing it in with hot irons to reduce the amount of moisture from everyday living entering the cortex of the hair and making is appear frizzy. This treatment with the correct care using the right shampoos can last between 3-5 months. I use global keratin – GK – products and this takes about 3 hours again depending on the length and density of the hair. This doesn’t make the hair straight, it makes it easier to deal with, quicker to blow dry with a better smoother easier to achieve style.
